Introduction - Text
Why should you learn coding ?
There's good money in this industry !! Software development is a lucrative skill to have in this day and era. You can make good money by: 1. Freelancing, 2. selling website templates on themeforest.com, 3 selling courses like I do ( I have students from across the globe). If you work hard enough, you might even land a job in the software development industry. Some companies don't require a University Degree to hire you, they want to see a portfolio of work that you've done. P.S I no longer even attach my university degree when I apply for jobs. I send a portfolio of my work.
Backend Vs Frontend development
Software development (the art of making/coding websites and mobile applications) has two categories. There's backend and frontend development. Frontend development is the art of building the graphical side of the website - everything that the user sees when they visit a website. Frontend development is easier and fun to learn compared to backend dev.
Backend development is more complex, and it focuses on the server-side logic of a web application. I'm well-versed in both backend and frontend. But in this course I'll be teaching you frontend development. I'll release a backend development course in the near future.
Do you have to know both frontend and backend ?
No, you don't need to know both frontend and backend. You can make good money with frontend development skills alone.
